By downloading, installing, or using Image to Calendar Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Image to Calendar Scanner is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to extract date and event information from images and add them to your calendar application. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App to process images you don't have rights to
• Not abuse or overload our services
• Maintain the security of your device and account

4. Permissions and Access

The App requires certain permissions to function properly, including:

• Camera: To capture images of dates and events
• Photo Library: To select existing images
• Calendar: To add events to your calendar
• Internet: To process images using our AI service

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit the App's functionality.

5. Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive for high accuracy in date recognition, the App uses AI technology that may not be 100% accurate. You should always review extracted information before adding it to your calendar. We are not responsible for missed events, incorrect dates, or any consequences resulting from inaccurate data extraction.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Image to Calendar Scanner and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image to Calendar Scanner and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in content or data
• Incorrect date extraction or calendar entries

8. Subscription and Payments

Image to Calendar Scanner may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to the app store's policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Image to Calendar Scanner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
